Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
2 Carrots
2 Cucumbers
1 Chilli
1/2 Lemon
1 Tomato
10 Olives
A few coriander leaves
Salt, to taste
Preparation
Finely chop all the vegetables. Squeeze the fresh lemon and sprinkle
some salt over the veggies. Toss it all together and transfer to a salad bowl.
(Optional) Add some peanuts to this healthy snack for an extra crunch!
