Easy egg sandwich for one
Ingredients
Chappathi or
Bread
Boiled egg,
shelled 1
Red onion 1
Olive oil 1 tbs
Tomato 1
(small)
Green chili
(seeded) 1
Pepper 1/2 tsp
(Optional)
Chili powder 1/4 tsp
(Optional) Coriander
leaves 1/2 tbs
Preparation
Cut the egg lengthwise into three pieces.
Heat oil in a saucepan and add onion. Sauté until it softens
and then add tomato, green chili, spices and salt. Sauté it for seconds being
careful not to mash the tomato.
Add chopped coriander remove from flame.
For chappati: Place the egg, spread masala and roll.
Alternatively, sandwich between two slices of bread.
