Buttermilk

A post meal beverage to aid digestion. 

Ingredients

Yoghurt, 3 ½ tablespoons
Water, 5 cups or 1 liter
Green chilly, 1 big or ½ small
Shallots, 4 pieces
Ginger, ¼ tablespoon
Curry leaves, 5
Salt, to taste

Preparation

  • Crush the shallots and green chilly. 
  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender. 
Your beverage is ready to drink. Enjoy and thank you :)
