Coconut chutney
Ingredients:
Grated coconut 1 cup
Green chili 1 no(optional,for more spicy)
Green chili 1 no(optional,for more spicy)
Kashmiri chili powder 1 tsp
Shallots 2 whole,
Oil 1 tbs
Mustard seeds ¼ tsp
Oil 1 tbs
Mustard seeds ¼ tsp
curry leaves a few
whole chili 1 no
shallots 2 nos (finely chopped)
Water 1 cup
Salt, to taste

Preparation:
Grind coconut, two shallots, chili powder, and green chili into a fine paste by adding required quantity of water. Transfer to a bowl, add remaining water and salt to taste.
Heat oil In a small pan and add mustard seeds. Once it splutters, add shallots and curry leaves,whole chili and saute until brown. Add the coconut paste and lightly heat, then remove from flame.
